Billing and beta access
SteamStats bills each organization per tracked game. During the invite-only beta, invited studios get Studio free until a set date; after it, unless the organization subscribes, the organization moves to Radar, which is free for one game. Publisher is a custom per-game quote. Paddle handles payment, tax and invoices as merchant of record.

How the price is calculated
| Plan | Price per game a month | Beta access | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|
| Radar | Free for one game | None | Unlimited |
| Indie | $29.00 | None | Unlimited |
| Studio | $79.00 | Free for invited studios | Unlimited |
| Publisher | Custom quote | None | Unlimited |
The monthly total is the per-game price times the number of games in the organization, with at least one game on a paid plan. Paused games count too. Adding or removing a game changes the subscription right away, prorated, and the confirmation shows how much a new game adds.
The invite-only beta
- SteamStats is invite-only during the beta; the waitlist page takes requests for an invitation.
- An invited studio's organization gets Studio free until the date shown in Settings › Billing. No card is needed.
- After that date, unless the organization subscribes, it moves to Radar: free for one game, public Steam data only and no scheduled refresh.
Paying and invoices
Checkout opens Paddle's payment window inside SteamStats. Paddle is the merchant of record: it charges the card, handles sales tax and VAT and sends the invoices, so SteamStats never sees card details. If a payment fails, access continues while Paddle retries the charge.
Changing or cancelling a plan
- Owners and admins change the plan in Settings › Billing. A change takes effect at once and is prorated.
- Cancelling keeps the paid plan until the end of the billing period; then the organization moves to Radar.
- From 10 games, the app notes that Publisher pricing may cost less.
Publisher
Publisher is for studios and agencies from 10 games or 2 Steamworks accounts. It is a custom per-game quote with invoicing; quotes come from support@steamstats.io.
