See every Steam payout before it lands.
SteamStats turns your Steamworks sales into the money that reaches the studio: gross revenue minus refunds, VAT, Steam's share and US tax. It dates each Valve payout, shows the next one and the months after it, and splits net revenue by game for the whole studio.

For Pebblewick, the fictional demo game, refunds and VAT come off first, which leaves $254,061 of net revenue. Steam's share is 30.00% of that net, and US tax is withheld from the studio's share of US sales. What is left, $171,242, is net to studio. The next payout, $61,365.23, is confirmed for 30 Oct.
What you see
- Next payout, marked Confirmed or Expected, this month against last month, lifetime net to studio, and runway from a monthly cost you enter.
- Net to studio expected to 31 December, with the next 30 and 90 days and the first year on the Forecast view.

- Payouts: every past and coming payout with its date and amount.
- Monthly net with the best month and the average, net by game, and where gross revenue goes.
- Upcoming: what is due in the next 60 days.
How payouts are dated
Each sales month is paid on the 30th of the following month, or the 28th in February, unless Steamworks reports another date. A closed month is Confirmed. A month still running or still ahead is an expected amount, and for months ahead that amount comes from the forecast's Expected scenario.
Steam's share and the US withholding rate are stored per organization, so the chain can match your own Steamworks terms.
Where the numbers come from
Gross revenue, refunds, VAT and net come from the Steamworks sales report, read with your own Steamworks key. They refresh every 4 h on Indie and every 60 min on Studio and Publisher. Expected months come from the forecast, which refreshes daily on Indie, Studio, and Publisher.
What it does not do
- It does not move money, connect to a bank or replace Valve's payment statements.
- Amounts are in US dollars, as Steamworks reports them.
- It uses one revenue share for all of a game's revenue.
Plans
Money needs a connected Steamworks key, so it is part of Indie, Studio, and Publisher. Radar has no revenue data.
